Kai Ehnes was born in Germany and moved to America as a teenager. He attended Drexel University for Engineering and has a Master’s degree in Philosophy. His hobbies include horse training, music recording and being in nature. For over 30 years, Kai has been an instructor and college professor of philosophy, psychology and economics. Through a partnership with Wake Forest University, he created a new course in Alternative Energies and Biodiesel. He trained in Sustainability (EFS) at the Cloud Institute (NYC) and Systems Thinking through the Waters Foundation. Kai also owned a successful solar and alternative energy company in NC. As a thought leader, he enjoys inspiring other entrepreneurs through his public speaking and corporate counseling. As a public speaker, he has given presentations to numerous audiences. The International Association of Corporate Speakers has awarded him the corporate speaker designation. He is the CEO of Kai-Zen Consciousness and the Way of the Emotional Warrior. Tiffany Valla-Ehnes is an internationally published author with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Her literary work is available in over 195 countries and each book sale helps donate money to different charities. She has worked for several international business magazines as an editor and writer. Her previous work in entrepreneurship has been mentioned in Forbes magazine. Tiffany is a passionate educator and inspiring dynamic public speaker for the Way of the Emotional Warrior. She brings her experience in positive psychology and neuroscience research as well as a background in balancing energy and emotions through shadow work. She was honored by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation for her work in education. She is passionate about global educational opportunities for girls as well as preserving the dignity and rights of animals.
